How we work the APR out
The APR is the yearly cost of the loan with the arrangement fee counted in. We find the rate that makes your payments match the money you actually receive, then compound it over twelve months. That is the standard method, so an APR here can be compared directly against one from a lender.
Risecap arranges finance for limited companies. Business lending is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, so lenders are not required to show an APR and they quote costs in different ways. We show one so you can compare like for like.
These figures are an estimate to help you plan. They are not an offer. What you are actually offered depends on the lender and on their underwriting.
