        Listed shares, private equity, pre-IPO stock, bonds, and crypto (subject to review)

        Is this a margin loan?

        No. These are private term-based loans, not linked to brokerages or trading platforms.

        What if my asset value drops?

        Lenders use conservative LTVs to reduce risk. Margin calls can occur but are structured to be manageable.

        Do I still receive dividends or retain voting rights?

        Dividends may still flow through. Voting rights are often restricted during the term.

        Is this tax-efficient?

        Usually. Since assets aren’t sold, capital gains may be deferred. Please confirm with your accountant.
